Chair of Bendigo Foodshare Sue Clarke said, “the Board of Bendigo Foodshare joins the community in congratulating the Y Service Club of Bendigo for their amazing contribution to the Bendigo community in organising the Book Fair for the past 50 years. In the last 25 years $850,000 was raised and injected into our local communities – a truly magnificent achievement,” she said.

The 2023 Easter Book Fair will be held at YMCA Tom Tweed Stadium, Mundy Street, Bendigo from Good Friday to Easter Monday (7th – 10th April).

“We are pleased to announce that the Book Fair will be coordinated and run by a group of dedicated volunteers led by Garth Keech. Garth will help us to establish a new Book Fair Volunteer Team for both existing and new volunteers,” she said.

“Garth and his wife Margaret Keech have both supported and donated time and funds to Bendigo Foodshare for many years.”
